Dharma Station is our project dedicated to study of Vedic Science, which are Jyotish, Ayurveda and Yoga.
Dharma means Purpose from Sanskrit. Chinese call this Dao, we can call it also a Path.
Station is like a cosmic station, aka our van in which we are exploring North America.
It's our command centre from where we transmit knowledge about Dharma.
How one can transmit Dharma you may ask?
Each of us can do it. And we all do it.

When we are connected to our Essence we radiate happiness and positive energy and we attract a positive energy into our life. We meet like-minded people who inspire to create something. Which we all mean to do - to create and co-create. And when we tap into this flow of creation we change a world around us and world around us changes us. We enter into energy exchange with the world.
The foundational principle of Dharma Station is to spread awareness about this concept of Dharma - Purpose.

Everyone has an Individual Purpose.
We are all different, and yet the same.
We are all the same in a way - we all have this divine spark of a creator. We are all creators. We are all creators of our own life first of all.
And we are different in a way that - each of us is a very unique universe.
And we are here to create something very unique. Our life - journey of this process of creation - we can call purpose as well.
We problem starts when we start compare ourselves with others around us and trying to copy-cat a road to success and then we get frustrated. Success is not there or is it something we really wanted ?
Know Thyself - was famously inscribed on the Temple of Apollo at Delphi in ancient Greece.
It was one of the Delphic maxims, attributed to the Seven Sages of Greece, particularly to Chilon of Sparta, though its exact origins remain uncertain.
Philosophers like Socrates and Plato later expanded on this idea, emphasizing self-awareness as the foundation of wisdom. Socrates, in particular, made it central to his teachings, linking it to his method of questioning and self-examination.

Simply speaking first we need to understand ourselves and then we can truly assign a value to what we are doing, without judging and comparison.
This we call a self-esteem.
Other people are here to inspire us to create.
So why do we divide Dharma Station into Astrology, Yoga & Ayurveda ?
Because they are kinda a same thing.
Ok, not the same, but they are leading to the same thing - which is your Essence.
And there are many tools which you can utilise to connect with Your-Self.
And our goal is to give this tools to you. But even more we want to give a tools based on your individual needs, because again we all are very unique and there is no template which can cover everything.

That being said:
Jyotish Astrology is a Vedic Psychological Science which illuminate a way to your Individual Purpose.
Ayurveda - is a Vedic Science about balanced life-style.
And Yoga is ancient practice of understanding one-self through a physical work-out practice, breathing and meditation.
First of all Jyotish, Yoga & Ayurveda helps you to build your ideal body and increase your energy level.
Say, if you don't have an energy to get up from the coach - how you can fulfil your Purpose?
Yoga and Vedantic Philosophy teaches us that there are 5 different layers of existence -Pancha Koshas ("Five Sheaths")
- Annamaya Kosha (Physical Body) – The "food sheath", made of the physical elements (earth, water, fire, air, space). It is nourished by food and sustains our material form.
- Pranamaya Kosha (Energy Body) – The "vital sheath", consisting of prana (life force). It governs breath, circulation, and energy flow in the body. It is balanced through pranayama (breathwork) and movement.
- Manomaya Kosha (Mental Body) – The "mind sheath", responsible for thoughts, emotions, and sensory perception. Meditation and mindfulness help regulate this layer.
- Vijnanamaya Kosha (Wisdom Body) – The "intellect sheath", associated with higher knowledge, intuition, and discernment. It allows deep self-reflection and understanding.
- Anandamaya Kosha (Bliss Body) – The "bliss sheath", the innermost and most subtle layer, where one experiences joy, peace, and unity with the divine. It is revealed in deep meditation and self-realization.
So there is a lot to explore in the layers of our existence - and the disciplines like Jyotish, Yoga & Ayurveda compliment each other, flow into each other and are actually indivisible.
This a holistic approach and Vedic philosophy always require a holistic approach.
Stay connected to your journey,
Dharma Station
