What's inside ?

  • Four tracks, which you can stream or download and listen anywhere.  This tracks are guided pranayama exercises, but also healing musical journeys. I use there various shamanic instruments, crystal bowls and binaural beats.  Listen in headphones for better effect.

  • Track length from 30 min to 60 min.  Because I believe it may difficult to breath as long at the beginning, so we increase the duration gradually.

  • Access to community space, where you can ask questions and share your experiences

Yoga is translated as union from Sanskrit and is deemed to be a physical practice of the asanas.

But in reality it is a three-fold practice of the asanas, breath-work and meditation designed to deepen our awareness not only of our body, but also of deeper layers of our existence.  Breath is this link uniting our body and mind.  My own practice of meditation started with sound. 

And here I blend both: sound healing and breathing exercises.  In this journeys we will start with very simple, yet fundamental exercises, which will deepen the awareness of your body and slowly introduce to the meditative state.
