Inspired by the earth element and the pulse of nature, these journeys invite participants to reconnect with the body and the deeper rhythms that move beneath everyday life.
Lunar Well
Lunar Well is a contemplative sound and stillness journeys inspired by moonlight, dream states, and the restorative rhythms of deep rest. Through ambient music, binaural textures, yin yoga, breath and immersive soundscapes, these experiences create a space for a deep reflextion and gentle nervous system renewal.
